The MAKING of TIMO TRUNKS
‘NOVELTY PATTERNS, CUT LIKE BESPOKE, OBSESSIVE PRECISION’
‘CLASSIC DESIGN REDEFINED’
TIMO’s signature prints are something of modern play on timeless graphical aesthetics, in addition to the occasional refreshing avant-garde graphic illustrated prints.
‘A modern take on the classics’ approach.
All of TIMO’s prints are solely designed in-house, meaning you are unlikely to bump into another pair on your summer holiday.
As a creative brand, TIMO works as an open platform for talents to showcase their creativity. Every summer TIMO collaborates with fresh design forces all over the world, to feature their prints on TIMO swim trunks.
The past collaboration works include: TIMO Print by Tokyo-based Iconic Graphic Illustrator by Yune; a ‘boy scout’ collection in collaboration with creative director of Kitsune for Siwilai Concept Store, and the latest collaboration is done in conjuction with MNG international male model Phillip Huang for TIMO, and a collaboration with a Na Kittikhun Centre for Autism.
Constructed from fine, fast-drying microfiber fabric, which is water-repellent and absorbs less water than normal fabrics, TIMO Swim Trunks make every swim stroke lighter and more enjoyable.
‘MADE FOR THE SUN’
Every pair of TIMO Swim Trunks features many hidden functional details, such as a pocket for keycards and a waterproof bag, all to allow you to have as much fun as possible on the beach.
‘CUT LIKE BESPOKE’
To pass the TIMO Design process, the trunks must be timeliness, cut in flawless construction and with the best placement of the print patterns on the trunks. TIMO takes time in every sartorial step in making sure that every TIMO garment is nothing less than perfection. The TIMO ‘signature coins’ and ‘quirky rubber tags’, the two characteristic emblems symbolize an approval of TIMO’s gold standards in making finest swimwear.
