HOW DO I PAY?
Currently we only accept payment through PayPal. For international order, please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees and handling fees to your local authorities or customs offices.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Once your payment has been processed and funds cleared, you will receive a second e-mail containing all the necessary dispatch information, including your delivery tracking number. Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be processed.
CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. Fill in your delivery address details at the checkout when prompted. We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
We ship worldwide. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. When the order is shipped, clients will receive an e-mail from us specifying the tracking number. Please note, once we have emailed you the tracking reference, we recommend you track from this point online as we are not able to track each order once it has left our warehouse.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
If you find that for whatever reason you need to cancel your TIMO Trunks purchase please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to refund any purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item you must contact customer services for the return procedure. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded.
If you wish to return any items to TIMO, please email email@example.com with the detail of your purchase.
Please wrap your item(/s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to TIMO. TIMO is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit.
